Painting is often an experience that is as unique to the painter as it is to the viewer. For some artists the modus operandi is profit, power, recognition, influence, achievement, affluence, and even some times just personal self satisfaction or love of the arts. The oil paintings of the artist are often a device driver to speak to the viewer in an unwritten language that is unique unto itself. Often the painter wants to share with the viewer something that the artist feels is of worth or benefit to the viewer or world.
