This is a waterscape picture of the Tahquamanon River in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. I took this picture back during the summer of 2003. I went camping with some friends in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, up at Paradise, Michigan. We camped at the Rivermouth campgrounds, which is only a few miles from Tahquamanon Falls.
I took this picture at about 9:30 in the morning. The shadows are long at that time of the day. I was using my Fuji digital camera when I snapped this shot. This sky was cloudless and a beautiful blue. There wasn't much of a breeze to create a ripple on the water.
I was just out walking around in the park that morning, exploring what there was to find, and this is the treasure that I discovered that morning.
